President – Ash MartinAsh Martin is a member of the MIT Sloan MBA Class of 2010 and an MBA Journal contributor on businessweek.com. His focus is on innovation management strategies and the practical implementation of sustainable business models. Prior to entering business school, Ash was a senior consultant at CAST Management Consultants in Los Angeles, California, where he worked in their organizational effectiveness and strategy practice areas. Ash also spent over four years working in the film and television industry in a number of different capacities. Executive Committee – Rajiv BhatiaRajiv is a second year MBA student at MIT Sloan, where he is concentrating on technology strategy and product strategy. Rajiv is part of the organizing committee of the MIT $100K Entrepreneurship Competition and is a member MIT Sloan Entrepreneurship & Innovation Program. Prior to attending MIT, he worked as a computer engineer at IBM, designing and prototyping next-generation microprocessors for servers and supercomputers. He has an BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and an MS in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. Executive Committee – Mike NormanMike Norman is a social entrepreneur whose career has focused on finding profitable ways for businesses to invest in low-income communities. His work as a corporate social responsibility consultant in Costa Rica founded the first public-private CSR consortium in Latin America. Prior to attending MIT, Mike launched a youth development program serving residents of Boston public housing developments. Mike is pursuing a Sloan MBA and a Master of City Planning at MIT. Executive Committee – Bill AllredBill is a second year MBA student at MIT Sloan. Most recently he interned at Microsoft, focusing on business planning for future versions of Microsoft Office. Prior to enrolling at MIT, Bill was VP Sales & Marketing for HireVue, an innovative startup providing global hiring solutions. He got his entrepreneurial start as the founder of a marketing research firm that allowed clients to gather customer opinions in hours rather than days.
